Midnight Canning

Okay it was 10 minutes before midnight when I finished my sweet pickle chunks. I would like to say that this is not common for me but it seems to be a trend. I guess I should try to organize myself before I start a canning adventure. That is a funny thought...hahaha. I did end up with a very nice batch, 4 quart and 3 pint jars) of sweet pickle chunks. This recipe comes from my Great Grandma and I have not had one complaint when someone tries them. They are very crunchy and crispy with a great flavor. Yummy!!!
